About the role
CNAs are the eyes, ears, and heart of our med-surg units. Nights run with steady ratios and nurses who treat their CNAs like the teammates they are. Tuition assistance can carry you toward LVN or RN school.
What you’ll do
- Provide hands-on care: vitals, mobility, comfort, and daily living support
- Round proactively and flag changes early — you know your patients best
- Grow: many of our RNs started right here

- Current Texas CNA certification
- BLS at time of hire
