Program description: Emma is Caliche Ridge Health's automated HR applicant phone assistant. When you call the HR applicant line and ask Emma a question, Emma may offer to text you a short summary of the information you asked about, such as current openings, how to apply, licensure or credential requirements, benefits basics, onboarding logistics, HR contact numbers, or a link to the careers site. Messages are recruiting and application informational texts, sent only when you say yes during your call.
How you opt in: You opt in by verbally agreeing to receive a text message during a live phone call with Emma. Messages are sent only to the phone number you are calling from. If you say no, no message is sent.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies; typically one or two messages per call in which you request a text. This is not a subscription; you will not receive recurring, scheduled, or marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you receive from this program.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from this program unless you opt back in by replying START.
