This policy describes how Caliche Ridge Health handles information for the Emma HR Applicant Line texting program. It supplements the organization's website privacy policy.
What information we collect. When you ask Emma, the organization's automated HR applicant phone assistant, to text you information during a call, we use the phone number you are calling from to deliver the message. We do not collect your name, application details, or any other personal data through this program.
How we use it. Your phone number is used solely to send the informational message(s) you requested during your call, and to honor STOP and HELP requests. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not enroll you in any recurring message list.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a messaging service provider (Twilio) only to transmit messages on Caliche Ridge Health's behalf; that provider processes your number solely to deliver the message.
Retention. Calls to Caliche Ridge Health HR phone lines may be recorded by the organization's phone system. Conversations with the assistant are transcribed, and transcripts are retained as organizational records for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes, including as evidence of your request to receive a text. Transcripts are retained for two years unless a longer period is required by law, and are protected by organizational access controls. Message delivery records are also retained by our messaging provider in the ordinary course of service.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Declining a text offer during a call means no message is sent.
