About the role
Our 24-bed ICU cares for the region’s most critical patients — and runs on a night crew that trusts each other completely. You’ll work with intensivists and respiratory therapy in a unit that practices true self-scheduling.
What you’ll do
- Deliver critical care across medical and surgical ICU populations
- Titrate drips, manage ventilated patients, and respond to rapid responses
- Precept confidently once oriented — we grow our own charge nurses
What this posting requires
- Current unencumbered RN license accepted in Texas (compact licenses accepted)
- BLS and ACLS at time of hire
